A few weeks back I visited the scintillating monochromatic exhibition of Prof. Andrew Raftery from our Printmaking department. There I bumped into a senior at SVA who told me that he went to RISD as an undergrad and sorely missed being here — reason in point: he came to the exhibition because he heard a RISD professor was showing. It’s nice to hear that RISD is something that is always desired no matter where you might be in life.
