Professor Jocelyne Prince suggested I drop by our Glass department for their evening “Hot Shop”, and boy was it hot up there with glass furnaces burning in the Metcalf Building. Thank you to the graduate students there who gave me a demonstration of their world of fire, light, and molten glass. -JM
